5 Random Facts About Me
I grew up on a farm in a small town about an hour outside of Kansas City, MO. If you’re confused what the difference between a heifer, bull and steer is, then I’m the guy who can help.
I’m a scuba diver. I’ve been obsessed with the ocean since I was a child and even had an ocean themed bedroom growing up. When I was five, I had the coolest room out of all my friends. When I became a teenager, it was the weirdest room out of all my friends.
I’m a certified UX/UI Designer. I recently completed a 10 week course through General Assembly Chicago. I learned a variety of frameworks and every step of the design process from discovery to building high-fidelity prototypes.
Getting involved with your local community is important to me. Prior to joining the team with Quest, the company had never had a charitable partnership with a non-profit organization. I took this opportunity to spearhead a partnership between Quest and the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicago and Northwest Indiana. Currently, I coordinate all volunteer opportunities for our employees to prepare and serve meals to the families staying at the Ronald McDonald houses throughout Greater Chicago. Last year, we served over 300 scratch made meals to these houses! Read the full article here.
I love the great outdoors. In my free time, you can catch me running outside along the lake or enjoying a mini trip somewhere warm.
